BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA – A True Hyderabadi Masala

Cooking instructions
Mix contents of packet, 2 cups (16Oz) water and 1 Kg (2.2lbs) of boneless chicken pieces)
Allow chicken to marinade for 30 min. to 1 hour
Heat 100gms butter in a shallow pan
Add chicken and marinade to the hot butter and cook chicken until fully done (165F)
Your rich, spicy, tasty butter chicken curry is ready!

Cooking instructions
Cook 3 cups (300gms) rice and set aside
Mix contents of Chicken Pulav Masala, 2 cups (16Oz) curd (yogurt) and 1/2 Kg (1.10lbs) of chicken)
Allow chicken to marinade for 30 min. to 1 hour
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a shallow pan
Add chicken and marinade to the hot oil and cook chicken until fully done (165F)

VEGETABLE RICE MASALA – A True Hyderabadi Masala
Spice mix to prepare vegetable rice - Net weight 70gms / 2.46 Oz


With Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Spices
No colors - No artificial flavors - No preservatives

Cooking instructions:
Cook 3 cups (300gms) rice and set aside
Peel and cut 1 Kg. Potato to small pieces
Heat a skillet and put 3 table spoons oil
Fry potato pieces on low flame
Once potato pieces are fried sprinkle contents of Vegetable Rice Masala and mix well
Fry mixed potato pieces for another 2  to 3 minutes and remove from heat
Mix the fried potato curry to rice
Note: You can also prepare vegetable rice masala with Capsicum, Cauliflower, Sweet-corn and Paneer pieces or your choice of vegetables that suit for fry






EGG CURRY MASALA – A True Hyderabadi Masala
Spice mix to prepare egg gravy curry - Net weight 70gms / 2.46Oz

Cooking instructions:
Boil 4 eggs
Remove shells and cut each egg vertically into two pieces
Mix contents of Navya Egg Curry Masala packet and 4 cups (32 fl oz) of water in a bowl
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a shallow pan and pour the curry mix in
Add the egg pieces and cook until fully done (165 °F)
Your rich, spicy, tasty egg curry is ready!











MUTTON CURRY MASALA – A True Hyderabadi Masala

Keep the meat out of refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking
Mix contents of the Navya Mutton Curry Masala packet, 2 cups (16 fl oz) curd (yogurt), 1 cup (8 fl oz) water and 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of mutton
Allow mutton to marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a shallow pan
Add mutton and marinade to the hot oil and cook mutton until fully done (165 °F)

TOMATO CHUTNEY MIX – AUTHENTIC ANDHRA SPICE MIX
Spicy Tomato Seasoning Mix  - Net weight 50gms / 1.76 Oz

How to Prepare Tomato Chutney:
Chop 750gms (1.65 lbs) medium-sized ripe tomatoes and set aside
Heat 60 ml (2 fl oz) oil in a shallow pan (do not overheat oil)
Pour warmed oil into a heat-safe bowl. To this oil, add one pouch
Tomato Chutney Mix powder and mix thoroughly
Now heat 30 ml (1 fl oz) oil in the pan and add chopped tomatoes
Cook tomatoes until water evaporates and tomatoes are cooked
like a puree. Set aside to cool
Mix cooked tomatoes thoroughly with the oil + chutney powder combined previously

Storing the Chutney :
If you do not plan to consume all of the chutney immediately,
transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.




GONGURA CHUTNEY MIX – AUTHENTIC ANDHRA SPICE MIX
Spicy Gongura (Sorrel leaves) Seasoning Mix - Net weight 50gms / 1.76 Oz

How to Prepare Gongura Chutney:
Take two large bunches of Gongura leaves, approx. 500 g (1.1 lbs)
Nip (pick) leaves from stem and wash thoroughly. Approx. weight of leaves should be 250 g (0.5 lbs)
Drain water completely and spread the leaves on a paper or dry cloth for an hour or two to dry
(It is important that the leaves be free from water to prevent them from becoming sticky when cooked)
Heat 60 ml (2 fl oz) oil in a shallow pan (do not overheat oil)
Pour warmed oil into a heat-safe bowl. To this oil, add one pouch Gongura Chutney Mix powder and mix thoroughly
Now heat 30 ml (1 fl oz) oil in the pan and add gongura leaves to the hot oil
Cook gongura leaves till they are soft by mixing periodically
Once the leaves are cooked, set aside to cool
Mix cooked gongura thoroughly with the oil + chutney powder combined previously

Storing the Chutney:

If you do not plan to consume all of the chutney immediately, transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
